HIGH COMMISSIONER HOSTS NEW KENYA AIRWAYS COUNTRY MANAGER
High Commissioner Jane Ndurumo welcomed Mr Kenneth Kenei, the new Kenya Airways Country Manager for South Africa.
During the meeting Mr. Kenei and the Mission Staff discussed the Airlines strategic role in promoting the Kenya-South Africa relations.

Today, High Commissioner Jane Ndurumo hosted H. E Emmanuel Hategeka, High Commissioner of Rwanda to South Africa.
The two High Commissioners held discussions on various aspects of the deep and warm Kenya – Rwanda bilateral relations.
A DELEGATION FROM DAYSTAR UNIVERSITY CALLS ON THE MISSION
6th May, 2024 , the Education Attaché Mr Adan Mohamed hosted a delegation from Daystar University led by Rev. Dr. Mathews Mwalwa. The delegation is in the Republic of south Africa to attend the burial of Dr. Motsoko Pheko (SEM) one of the co-founders of Daystar university.
MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC CORPS IN PRETORIA CONDOLE WITH THE MISSION
Ambassadors and High Commissioners as well Defence Attachés from Rwanda, The Gambia , Zimbabwe and Croatia were among the many members of the Diplomatic Corps in Pretoria who called on the Mission on various dates to condole with the staff following the demise of Gen. Francis Ogolla, Chief of Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya and nine other Military Officers who perished during an Helicopter Crash last week.
DELEGATION FROM KENYA NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS CALLS ON THE MISSION
Today 26th April, 2024, H.E Jane Ndurumo, High Commissioner of the Republic of Kenya to South Africa had the pleasure hosting a delegation from Kenya National Bureau of Statistics led by Mr. Benjamin Avusevwa when they called on the Mission. The delegation is in the Republic of South Africa for a benchmarking visit.
HIGH COMMISSIONER PRESENTS LETTERS OF CREDENCE TO H.E CYRIL RAMAPHOSA, PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
On 9th April, 2024, H.E. Jane Ndurumo, High Commissioner of the Republic of Kenya to the Republic of South Africa presented her Letters of Credence to H.E. Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa. While making her remarks during the ceremony, the High Commissioner underscored the existing strong bilateral ties between Kenya and South Africa. She further expressed her commitment towards strengthening the same for the benefits of the two countries.
HIGH COMMISSIONER ATTENDS CERTIFICATION CEREMONY OF INFORMAL TRADERS
High Commissioner Jane Ndurumo attended the certification ceremony of 111 informal traders who graduated following a one year exchange programme under the partnership of ZETECH University of Kenya and the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education Training Authority (W&RSETA), South Africa
During the ceremony, the High Commissioner lauded the collaboration between ZETECH University and W&RSETA with the facilitation of Witwatersrand University of South Africa terming it as a reflection of the deep and broad relations between the two countries.
She called on the graduates to make use the of the entrepreneurship skills acquired during the exchange program to enhance their businesses
