Below are 'general' brief instructions of finding your name quickly for Internet Explorer users. PRESS CRTL+F5 to refresh page.
  1. Click on "EDIT" on the Menu Bar then
  2. Click on "Find on this page.. or Find." or simply
  3. Press CTRL, and hold it down then press F.

  1. A small horizontal bar will appear either at the TOP or BOTTOM with [x Find:_____________ Previous Next Options]
  2. Type your surname in the space provided. As you type, please pay attention on the extreme right hand side, after "OPTIONS". A message will be showing you how many times your name has been matched. Each letter you type will be highlighted in the table below.
  3. Also, a message may be displayed after "OPTIONS" indicating "No matches found or No phrase found " . This means your name is not on the list.
  4. Alternatively try other names, one at a time to verify
  5. If your name(s) appears, please bring your receipt or ID document for collection. Kindly confirm our working hours.
